During my daily journeys on the regional trains in Hamburg I started to study people around me coming from all parts of the world.
I recognizing more and more faces around me, but through years we newer spoke or even said hello. Even a little smile was very rare. Contemplaiting about the anonymity in large cities I started to draw little simple sketches of people profiles in a little sketch book, cutting the paper cuttings later in my studio.
