THANKS

The Vinter Biennial was a great event in itself and for me.
I want to thank all who made it possible:

– Ricky and Dan for the idea and the whole perfect organisation.
I have never participated in such a perfectly organized event before!
– Sara for her patience; always amiable, she found solutions for all problems.
– Angelika Walther from the department of cultural affairs of the city of Hamburg;
she made it possible for Marc to be my assistant by sponsoring his flight ticket.
– Lasse (the tractor driver) and Nisse (the power saw man) and all the others
who had been at the site to help us deal with all heavy work where huge
machines were required.
– All the officials of the city of Luleå who warmly welcomed us. During our stay
I felt that some of my ancestors may have lived in this very area.
– Marc, without whose assistance the realisation would have been impossile.
We were an almost perfect team: I do the rough and heavy jobs best, Marc
is best at precision jobs.

I can but hope there will be more of these events in the future, where some
of my ideas can be made real.
