We are perfect and beautiful in our bodies at every given moment. This is the point where we start our yoga work.

Although Zen is associated with Buddhism, it is actually non-confessional. Zen means to be right here, right now – present in this very moment. In our yoga work, we use the postures (asanas) to focus on the relationship between body and mind. We go only as far in each exercise as feels good, with a gentle feeling of stretch. Every yoga session ends with a guided relaxation.

If you have limited physical flexibility, you can practice Zen Yoga on a chair or mentally imagine every move.
